Scott was born in London Ontario, Canada where he found his passion for hockey as a child. He played at various levels of youth hockey (15 years) in the Greater London Hockey Association.

Scott received his Mechanical Engineering Degree from Western University in Canada before moving to Florida in 2001.

Scott currently continues his passion for hockey thru coaching, reffing and playing.
