Coach Pumar is a dedicated father, husband, and journeyman lineman who travels the country restoring power from storm damage. Coach Pumar has been immersed in organized sports since age three, excelling in soccer, baseball, and football. His passion for sports led him into roller hockey in Key West. Coach Pumar is a Key West High School Graduate

In 2012, he fell in love with CrossFit. By 2014, he became a CrossFit L1 coach in Central Florida and New Hampshire before returning to Florida in 2019. Coaching CrossFit has fueled his dedication to helping others achieve fitness goals and improve well-being.

In 2021, Coach Pumar’s son took interest in ice hockey reigniting his passion and desire to coach again. By 2023, Coach Pumar was named an assistant coach and Head Coach for our 8U Bulldogs and the Youth Hockey Coordinator at the Ice Factory in Kissimmee, FL. This enthusiasm led him to become a USA Hockey Level 3 coach, soon to be Level 4.
