Training Day Detail:
Camp Description:
This camp is designed for player development in several areas. In the morning session, we will focus on individual skills such as: Skating, puck protection, shooting and how to create Grade A scoring opportunities. The afternoon session will consist of “Game Concept” drills along with small ice games that will help players make quicker decisions with less time. We will also use the video session to give players a visual comparison that will help explain why we are working on these individual skills, as well as creating a better hockey IQ.

9:00am: Drop Off
9:30am: 1st On-ice session
11:15am: Off-ice Activity
12:30pm: Lunch
1:00pm: Video Session
2:30pm: 2nd on-ice session
4:00pm: Session is over.

Camp Description:
This is a “Pre-season” camp designed for the players to start preparing for the upcoming season. In the morning session, we will focus on skills such as Skating: quick acceleration and power turns, puck protection, shooting and how to create Grade A scoring opportunities. The afternoon session will consist of “Game Concept” drills along with battling throughout the 50/50 battles to create a high compete level. We will also play several small ice games that will help players make quicker decisions with less time. We will also use the video session to give players a visual comparison that will help explain why we are working on these individual skills, as well as creating a better hockey IQ.
