Training Day Detail:

This camp is designed for the more advanced players that are looking for another opportunity to train alongside other advanced players to improve their skills and knowledge. This is a 4 day camp with 2 0n-Ice sessions per day, along with video breakdown and an off-ice activity. Our main focus will be on puck management, passing, and creating better scoring chances.

9:00a Arrive
9:30a-10:45a Ice Session #1
11:00a-11:45a Off-Ice Activity
11:45a-1:45 Video Session / Lunch
2:15pm – 3:30pm: Ice Session #2
4:00 pm: End of Session
